Do you and your friends, camera club members or work colleagues have a favourite location that you want to capture with great photography?
If so we offer Bespoke Photography Workshops. Nigel can work with you to organise a workshop of your choice anywhere in the UK from between 1 and 3 days. Just contact us and ask for a quotation based on your location.
The itinerary will be agreed with you and will be entirely flexible. Dawn, dusk and / or night shoots can be included on each or any day, but it’s up to you!
The trip can be designed to include whatever you need and priced accordingly. For example transport and / or accommodation can be included or you can arrange it yourself and we’ll just include great tuition! All costs will be agreed in advance.
Very inspiring workshop
Nigel’s 3-day Workshop in the Brecon Beacon has been my first photo workshop in the UK and it was more than worthwhile the travel.
He has been a very inspiring tutor, sharing all his knowledge and enthusiasm with us. The group size was excellent for intensive learning and Nigel led by example how to deal with the not best weather conditions to start the day with.
I learned a lot about composition and different ways of looking at landscape photgraphy.
Thanks also to Nigel for his patience with my occasional struggle on the English Terms as a non native speaker. I only can recommend this workshop to anybody and I am very much looking forward to another with him.

Who are Bespoke Photography Workshops for?
Our workshops are for any group of friends, work colleagues, acquaintances or perhaps camera club members who want a joint workshop or trip to any location of your choice.
Nigel can work with you to organise a workshop of your choice anywhere in the UK from between 1 and 3 days.
Just contact us and ask for a quotation based on your location and group size (which is typically up to 6 people with a single tutor with larger groups by agreement.
Whatever your groups wishes, we’ll work with you to develop a workshop specifically targeted to your preferences and priorities.
Where we go?
We are based in the Brecon Beacons and you may wish to come here for a great trip away! However you may have favourite locations local to you that you’d like to capture, or a favourite UK or Ireland destination.
The following locations are well known to us and we can put together a great itinerary:
- Welsh National Parks: Brecon Beacons, Pembrokeshire & Snowdonia
- Other locations in Wales: e.g. Gower, Elan Valley, SW Valleys, Wye Valley
- West of Scotland, Glasgow, Glencoe & Isle of Skye
- Lake District, Peak District, Yorkshire Dales and Northumbria
- London and the South East
- The West Midlands from the Black Country to Gloucestershire
However we can come to any location you wish and work with you to draw up any itinerary from Leicestershire to Cornwall or from Aberdeen to Dublin!

Remember that our costs will need to be included though and all these will be agreed in advance.
What we charge:
We charge a basic day rate for tuition as follows:
• £425 a day for couples
• £595 per day for groups from 3-5
• £695 per day for groups from 6-9
• Groups from 10 upwards by negotiation (we may allow for a second tutor)
• £50 – £75 per day for subsistence if required and agreed in advance
• Transport included to and between destinations. With groups above 5 a second car is requested from clients. Minibus hire can be arranged if required.
