Come along to this unique Gower Poppies and Lupins Photography Workshop. Capture the Poppies, Lupins and other colourful flowers (I’m hoping for Lavender to look good by now as well!) at their best at the end of June
Last year, the National Trust planted a wide range of flowering crops at The Vile above Rhossili in the Gower Peninsula, They are developing this and growing more every year, complete with the fabulous backdrop of Worms Head. See details on The National Trust Website.
They are being planted as part of a long term plan to recreate medieval agriculture and encourage biodiversity. They’re back this year, even better and accompanied by a wider range of flowering crops. This promises an amazing display of vibrant colour.
The workshop is designed for those with some previous knowledge but is flexible enough to cater for a variety of experience. In any case, I will be on hand to offer you guidance on the best way to capture the magnificent displays.
As with all our workshops, the workshop is designed for a maximum of 6 participants.
We’ll be there from early evening to after dark (if you wish to stay to capture the night sky).
We’ll also include a ‘half-time break’ between dusk and nightfall to review the images we’ve captured over a coffee or a pint.
During each event, we cover:
- Your camera controls,
- Composition theory,
- A range of locations
- Review and post-processing of your images at the end.
